• LicenseMusic will represent your tracks non-exclusively and worldwide, acting as a marketing and licensing agent.
• We can only accept your tracks for the Library if you are the owner of the copyright in the recordings and the owner of the copyright in the underlying musical compositions (or you are duly authorized to enter into an agreement with us by each such copyright owner) and if the tracks are available free of territory, licensing and third party restrictions.
• LicenseMusic retains complete pricing authority on all Library Tracks and will set at its discretion, the pricing of license fees, discounts, blanket deals and subscriptions offered to its customers.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any submitted tracks and the right to remove tracks from the LicenseMusic system at any time and without prior notice.
• The term of our standard Content Provider Agreement is for three years and will be automatically renewed unless you give us prior written notice of termination.
• For each license we complete on your behalf we will charge a fee of 50% of the total license fee received by us and we will account to you for your share quarterly plus sixty days, via e-mail. .
• We shall deposit in your nominated bank account all sums found due in the currency received by us, or at your request in US$, Pound Sterling or Euro converted at the date of payment by us.
